“In May I looked at myself in the mirror and was so disappointed with how I looked. I was going to the gym every single day, thinking it would help. I was doing insane amount of cardio, while on top of all tha,t I was eating fast food, processed meals, and was snacking all day long. I knew something needed to change and I started training at FYBL with Sarah literally the next week. Turns out I was doing the whole thing wrong.
